Shipping

All orders are currently shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  International orders will incur additional charges, which will be invoiced separately.  Please contact us for a shipping estimate if you live outside the United States.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied!  Defective merchandise can be returned for an exchange at any time.  Unused, new merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of item less the 20% restocking fee and cost of shipping.  All items are handcrafted at time of order by a stay at home mom of two to offer you the highest quality and greatest selection.  Because we are a small business, we charge a restocking fee to keep prices reasonable and ensure quality.  Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process the refund.  Feel free to inquire on the status of your return.  We also suggest using a trackable shipping method as we can't be responsible for packages we don't receive.  Orders can be cancelled/changed within 24 hours of purchase.
